I have several references for low-cost, unlimited Internet with a web site thrown in.Half of site fee is due before I begin work (within ten working days), the other half upon completion and your satisfaction of your site.Please be advised that you must have currently have or are planning to have internet service.

Your cost does NOT include internet service or programing (CGI, Java, Java Script), only the creation of a web site, listing with the search engines and uploading to your server. However I can create a site that includes programming and I can research ISP's in your area that will host your site.
